I don't understand how people give this 1 star? I does as it literally should. it connected easily, it works flawlessly, everything I press works. all issues I can see are related to user error, certain modes literally cannot go lower in temp or something like that. it does as it needs, turns off, turns on, changes all settings and has a simple little command center which I personally don't care to use.

I hope people behind this A/C lose their jobs. I've never struggled with a device as much as I have with Friederich premier window AC Wi-Fi connections. I followed all the instructions from the manual, I tried troubleshooting the connection and it refuses to connect. don't sell a product to people that doesn't work. please do yourself a favor and don't buy products from this company

app sucks. eco mode defaults to 79 degrees and you can't correct it without being at the unit, anti mildew setting turns on, however disables after you exit the app. freidrich makes the best A/C units. but the app sucks. Vise versa compared to fridgidaire who's units suck but app is awesome
